Hi! My name is Christine Lachapelle, a true animal lover, and I live in Nepean (Ottawa, ON) near the Bayshore Shopping Center.

I am a reliable lady that use to walk dogs five days a week  for the Ottawa Humane Society. I realised then that some pet owners would appreciate to have a service of this kind at home at a reasonable price. By the number of pets abandoned because of the lack of time, I learned that it can be difficult for many busy pet owners to find someone trusworthy to come to their house and care for their pets and be productive at work or enjoy their vacation without worries at the same time.( And not having to break the bank to do so!)

SERVICES AND RATES

Dog walking
 I will walk your dog for up to 30 minutes (less for toy breeds and extreme weather, but I will spend the remaining time with him). If you leave for more than 24 hours, I'll walk your dog a minimum of 3 times a day. 

Price: Only $16 per visit
($8 more for an extra 30 minutes)
 
 I do overnight stays!
 I will walk your dog once at night and once in the morning.
Watch your house.
Water your plants.
Retreive the newspaper.
 $45 per overnight stay.
 $8 per extra visit during the day
 
 
Cat feeding and litter box cleaning
 I will feed your cat(s) and clean the litter box while you are away for the weekend or on your vacation or any time you like.

Price: Only $16 per visit
Limit of 2 litter boxes; $8 for each extra)
 
Cage cleaning and feeding
 I will clean the cage of your rodents and/or birds. (Feeding is included)

Price: Only $16 per visit
(Limit of 2 cages; $8 for each extra)
 
Pet feeding
 I will come and feed any pet(s) while you are away from home.

*Note: I charge only $12 per visit if you live inside Bayshore Dr. / Carling / Richmond Rd. area. I'm not IN the Bayshore Shopping Center but very close to it. Please, indicate where you live when you contact the Bayshore Pet Sitter to see if you are eligible for the $12 rate.

Be kind to your dog
 A dog cannot be left alone for long periods of time, specialy in a cage! If you leave for more than 8 hours, ask a pet sitter, a friend, a family member or a neighbor to visit your dog and if more than 24 hours, it will need at least 3  visits.
